If you want to add the funds to the Domain Reseller portal then you have to pay the amount in advance. Pay your amount and attach the payment screenshot to the ticket and then request to add the credit. The amount will not be added as credit.

Similarly, if you want PKNIC Card you have to pay the amount in advance.
